This site is run by Wine Route. You can write to us at the contact email shown on every page.
What data we use
This site has no accounts and uses no cookies. We measure usage in an aggregated, anonymous way (visits, winery pages viewed and inquiries started), without storing anything on your device, without identifying you and without keeping full network addresses.
Your itinerary
The experiences you add to your itinerary, and your name, how many people are traveling and when (if you tell us for the quote), are stored only on your device so you don't lose them. We don't receive them unless you decide to send us your inquiry. You can delete them at any time with “Empty itinerary” and “Delete my details”.
Your inquiries on WhatsApp or by email
When you write to us, we use your data only to answer you and connect you with the wineries you chose. Only the people who answer inquiries have access. Before sharing your data with a winery or with those who manage its tourism offer, we ask for your consent in the conversation. We delete conversations 12 months after the last message, or earlier if you ask us to.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure or objection to the processing of your data by writing to us. In Argentina, the supervisory authority is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (Law 25,326). If you are in the European Union or Brazil, the GDPR and the LGPD also protect you, and you can file a complaint with your data protection authority.
